SALARY POLICY


Weekly leave: According to the current Labour Code can be used as one day, once a week. As the number of weekend days may change, the permissions are planned by business unit managers according to workload.

Annual leave: Given according to the Labor Code.

Commencing with the date of beginning to work in the company, entitled as follows:

  • 14 work days annually for employees of 1 to 5 years (5th year included).
  • 20 work days annually for employees more than 5 years, up to 15 years.
  • 26 working days for employees more than 15 years.

Alkon Real Estate Investment has undertaken together with United Gulf Construction Co.W.L.L. the construction of six public buildings.
The project is within the scope of the contract named PAHW/C/1151/Sabah Al Ahmed City Construction project made by the State of Kuwait, Ministry of Public Works.
Estimated cost is 25 million U.S. Dollars. Construction began on December 2, 2010. Will end on December 31, 2012.
